Приветствую! Hi! My name is Lidiia Pesliak, I am from Salinas, CA, and I am a History major. I
am natively Russian, was born and raised there, until I was 14 years old. I am a writer, and a
musician, who enjoys bringing my ideas to life. I am working on my own book, play piano, guitar
and I am a singer.
UCSB was a dream for me, which became achievable, so I am mostly looking forward becoming
part of UCSB’s vivid community. In the future I want to become a history teacher, having a
chance to nurture ideas in the future generations and bring better to the world.
In Yardi I look forward towards exploring topics I was not familiar with, and building a meaningful
connection with my peers.
